All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Rain Haruno looks rather unique, His hair flows out big at the back in rather large spikes that flow softly across revealing his face, The headband he wear's ontop of his face slightly down to hide the sharingan within his right eye stays up slightly to reveal the deep blue eye on his left side which sparkles like the ocean on a warm summer day. His outfit consists of a skin tight dark blue material that fails to cover his muscle like arms, a red cloth flows over his rest in sort of mini cape like fashion before the shinobi pants he bears covers the rest of his body. Criss crossing belts finish his look aswell as the arm bracelet on his right side/
Overall Persona:
Rain is often very hot headed and because of that nature he tend's to hit people out of anger on more than one occasion. Most of the time he is relativly cheerful and happy and a rather outgoing character. Usually having a strong feeling of usefulness Rain often becomes down hearted and annoyed with himself whenever this is proved to be wrong, Seemingly being able to do nothing useful due to how scared he becomes when faced with true challenges. Bursts of courage seem to burst from him now and then but it seems at this point his true skill only lies in shouting at others.
Sensitive and incredibly quick to cry Rain he is incredibly strong willed and determined not one to lose a fight or give up easily when the situation calls for it. Rain strongly believes the old saying that one becomes truly strong when they have someone or something to protect, This saying is something that gets him through missions that require extra talent and effort. Rain seem's to have two voices within his head, One that actually speaks and another than shouts at him only. This voice came to be inner rain saying what he truly wanted to say but was to scared to say it. His will is strong, When Rain set's his mind to something he will give it all he has to complete the goal. Maybe one day Inner Rain won't be needed maybe his goal will help him become the shinobi that everyone can rely on. Rain is also very smart being capable of understanding the principles of chakra with ease and memorising things he had heard only once.

With this, they can essentially counteract attacks before they even happen. However their physical ability must allow them to do so accordingly, for their body may not be able to react in time. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

Description: This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth,[2] then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth.[2] Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.[2] It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.[3]
Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.[4] Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his tenketsu simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison.

Seeing through the movements is said to be very difficult.

The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Description: An addition-line ninjutsu that augments the killing power of a blade — like a kunai or sword — by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements is said to be very difficult.
The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. This technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind chakra for offensive cutting power.

Description:
Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.

in stage two Rains apperance changes completly, His hair grows straight and long while his whole body turns a shining glowing blue color (look at arm in picture) his one non sharingan eye turns yellow, This form he is granted enhanced speed and strenght aswell as larger chakra capabilities, His jutsu increase in rank strenght (B-A A-S) While in this form, Spikes form on his shoulders and wings upon his back that look like angel wings tho blue incolor allowing flight, A large tail which he can use in combat also grows,. he becomes severely more durable in this form the armour like skin forms is capable of deflecting almost all basic ninja tools

Name: Chakra Enhanced Trench Knives

Description: A highly uniquely-designed trench knife, these blades are worn like brass knuckles, but each one has a sharpened zigzag "tooth" over each knuckle, and a blade coming out of one end. The knives are made from a special metal that can be infused through "chakra flow" with elemental chakra or Yin–Yang chakra to produce added effects. Asuma Sarutobi couples these knives with his taijutsu skills to great effect, such that he can take out nine Otogakure ninja in a matter of seconds. As the snow fell for the first time within Suikagakure They knew it was time, The snow droplet's landed upon the ground before becoming nothing but water, But gradually as more and more struck the ground the earth became a winter wonderland, Nobody knew when or how it happened but one year snow finally fell in kirigakure. maybe because of global warming or maybe because of the loss of the yuki nin long ago. but today as the rain turned to snow the mother of soon to be suikagakure newest addition to the yuki bloodline was screaming her head off within the land, And soon her own scremaing and panting was pushed out of the way by the splitting scream of her beautilul baby boy, With eye's as blue as the bluest ocean. Smiling as she watched out the window the what should have been rain now snow she knew "His name....is Rain".
Like every other normal child, Rain was brought up with both parent's showing him love and affection, He was blessed with the gift of parent's aswell as the clan ability the Ice release, at a young age he showed proficency in utilizing water with simple chakra control. This led his mother and father to make a decision about Rain's life that he himself agreed with even at such a young age, Yuki Rain was to become a shinobi, So at this young age Rain was entered into the Academy of suikagakure
Within his academy year's Rain showed such promise in theory and in test's. Having also made a few friend's Rain was happy in his academy year's thus had never truly seen the sad world of the shinobi yet, In the academy the shinobi were taught about there villages aswell as the other villages, Rain learnt all about the enemies of shinobi villages his body shaking in fear when legends like Momochi Zabuza were mentioned, These ninja these shinobi were so tough and scary...and blood thirsty that Rain felt as tho hearing there names were enough to scare anyone to death. The legends of all the villages were spoken about aswell as the kages of the shinobi villages old and new.
Within the academy each shinobi were required to learn multiple skills, Rain seemed to be rather talented in the arts of ninjutsu and semi talented in taijutsu at his young age, Others he seemed proficent. His weaponry skills with basic ninja tools was better than average for most, Tho it was the skill of his clone jutsu that everyone seemed interested in, Aswell as his proficency in the transformation jutsu and substitution being capable of utilizng these with ease. The secret technique ofcourse was one that everyone must master depending on affinity, Those at a young age in the academy were tested for there natural affinity and those who beared the water style ninjutsu were given an extra test, This test was the test of performing the transformation. And with one try his ability kicked in and he had not only performed it but perfected the transfrmation. When the time came Rain easily passed and graduated from the academy.
As the day's progressed and Blaze Rain and Snow the genin team of suikagaure became proficent with each other, There team were ofcourse rather powerful and there jounin was skilled in the byakugan implanted ofcourse, While there every day missions consisted of walking dogs finding cats gardening and barely any proper shinobi work, This was the norm for a year before being granted C-rank missions bodygaurds basic against bandits but atleast they got to try real fights which rain seemed to stutter at. After completeing 5 C-rank missions and 9 D-rank they were elligable for the shinobi chuunin exams.
The travel to the leaf was long but the three shinobi and there jounin counterpart each laughed and played as they walked along, They couldnt be together without playing. It was amazing and upon arriving at the land of fire the hidden leaf village Rain felt like he had never been more afraid in his life. But in all honesty he was exicted as he kept the other two in check via his violent outbursts.
The first exam was underway and each shinobi of the mist quickly assessed the test, The questions were impossiblty hard for most people but not for Rain, He had scribbled down each answer almost perfectly and waited, Then the final question "ARE YOU READY TO BE A NINJA" the rule was simple you stay you pass and they stayed,
The second exam was were he was afraid, They were to survive gain the second scroll. and bam into the forest, The shinobi were powerful and they thought they would not fail. They certainly did not think they would lose there lives, In the forest they managed to take down two other teams gain two earth scrolls and a heaven scroll.....but they were ambushed and in a deadly explosion Blaze and Snow were blasted inot pieces. There blood combined in the air before splattering all over the shocked and paralised Rain......How had this happened...they were so careful but now.....now the ninja descended upon Rain, All three mocking his tear's as he cried loudly his eyes darting to the dissmembered limbs of his team....and as they jumped Rains scream's echoed as the sounds of grunts before silence struck....looking up he saw the man mikazu a member of his village. And he was found opening the scroll his tears flowed as his jounin instructor prepared to strike....before he saw the tear's the blood and the limbs of his students...and his sole tear fell. They returned to the village and instantly preparations for there funerals were made and Rain was already worked into a new team whom he was soon to meet. Having a month of Rain focused on his training so he wouldnt be so useless.
he was placed within mikazu's team when they returned Rain showed proficnency inthe weapons his mother made him, Showing his tai skills combined with the knuckle knife he developed the techs flying swallow fire and wind style.
Advancing to chuunin easy enough Rain fell in love with Haku Uchiha, The two men's love was scrutanised but as they battled on they were soon accepted, Tho when Rain was granted jounin status Haku was murdered on a mission were Rain and Rin were helping, Rin transplanted Haku's right sharingan into Rains blinded eye as Haku's dying wish, During the return rin ws murdered by Kaja a shinobi of suka who then turned Rain into the authorities of suka claming that he witnessed rain kill rin after forcing her to transplant the sharingan eye, Having to battle out of his village rain was determined to save his name.
as a missin nin rain was forced to grow up and try to avenge his name before falling into the orginisation known as order of chains there mission unkown to him Rain after his time of surviving had been forced to murder many ninja thus granted S-rank status.
