All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Kino stands at six foot two inches, he has black hair, white skin and brown eyes. Often, he wears darker colored clothing as he dislikes brighter colored anything. Among his dark colored clothes, is his favorite dark blue jacket, something he wore quite often, while training, meetings with team members, missions, or just staying at home. He had worn it no matter the weather, whether it be sunny, rainy, snowy, cold or hot, he would wear it. The jacket, besides being dark blue had white colored fur on the inside of it's hood. The hood could stretch over Kino's head, and then some more. It could cover his eyes, if he put it all the way over his head, that was as far as it could go. He normally held the hood down, behind the hair he rather loves to mess with every now and then, it's rather different looking each time, though few times, when it would be cold, he puts the hood up to prevent himself from getting sick. Often he would wear black pants, or dark blue jeans to go with his jacket. Most if not all the time, he would be wearing a black shirt, visible as the jacket is normally unzipped.
Overall Persona: Kino acts, rather calmly, normally thinking situations through when he has the time to, other times he usually rushes himself to get it done as he is usually lacking the time. He is one who prefers staying inside rather than leaving, and loves messing around with every day technology, trying to advance it in any way. Often, he would find himself messing around, forging blades for Katanas and other sorts of bladed weapons. He has few goals, other than the quite often goal of being one of the strongest shinobi the world has known. He also wanted to be a shinobi known for strategy, rather than just brute strength he possesses from the techniques he has knowledge of. Often, when he considers one something he usually tinkers with fails to meet his expectations, or when he grows bored with it, he would simply trash it, this happened often, as usually nothing truly kept up with his expectations or kept him entertained enough to last too long. Usually when he trashes the 'toys' as he calls them he tinkers with, he would think he had failed, somehow and someway, he feels he had failed with them in their making.
Unlike many other people, he is not afraid of death. In fact, Kino would welcome the chance at death, the chance to see the afterlife. To see what it truly is. He often dreams of it, normally coming up with the conclusion the the after life, is nothing more than a dream. Though, he would not jump to suicide, he would rather accomplish the goals he set out, though if he were in a situation to where the only result would be death, he would not complain, though normally he would indeed try to come up with a way out of it. Kino considers, time, as most other things in life as a valuable thing in life, something no one can afford to waste. He noted that he didn't have enough time to waste it, or anything. He couldn't afford to, he wanted to spend every last second of his life coming up with theories for the future.
Kino, often spends his time alone. He enjoys the quiet, dark work area in his home where he sits and thinks, mostly all day. There will be very few exceptions to when he is out. Those exceptions are training, missions, and meetings with other people, though he is mainly sent on a mission to meet with people. Often, he would talk uneasy to people, mostly always nervous, though he'd never let it show, he never let any emotions other than depression show when he was out in public, even at times when he wasn't depressed, he would only sit there, with a blank face, a depressing looking blank face and stare at others as they normally chat, often Kino would be silent, simply afraid of talking out in public unless it was the only choice.
Fears: Failing to accomplish something he has already set out to do, talking in public, eternal life.
Likes: Silence, Darkness, Tinkering with everyday technology
Dislikes: Loudness, failing, having to throw one of his 'toys' away for them not being entertaining enough or not meeting expectations

Clan History: The Boufuu, a clan which had rather randomly popped up in the history of shinobi. The clan itself was rather unwanted, the first member was known as Takisho K. Boufuu. His welcoming to the world was not a pleasant one, at his birth everyone knew he was different. The blood tests which were run resulted in different DNA from his parents, who are to this day unknown to anyone but the Boufuu clan elders. Takisho, with his DNA slightly different from most, his parents had been taken by the village of shinobi of the major villages to study on how two clans had formed Takisho, and made a new clan. Takisho was rather unwelcomed, based on the abilities he had shown.
Takisho left the shinobi villages, becoming one who made his own laws, a missing nin, a nuke nin. He had begun to start a family, meeting a nice women, they had children. Years later they had a total of four children, three following the father towards the Boufuu clan DNA, the other becoming clanless as their mother was. Eventually Takisho would die, and his children who possessed the DNA of the Boufuu would begin to have children, spreading the DNA and welcoming those who they mate with into the wandering clan of the Boufuu. Eventually the clan's leaders had decided to settle down in a village where they would be welcomed, however no village welcomed them and they had decided to build their own village, The Village Hidden In The Storm.

History: Born in the Boufuu clan, in the village hidden in the storm, was Kino. He followed in the genetic foot steps of his father, and had been born with mostly Boufuu clan DNA. His mother had been clanless, by that, she just had nothing special. Nothing unique to her, unlike Kino and his father. Kino would have no siblings, he was the first born and an only child. His parents, of course would die before having another child, Kino was at a young age when they did die as well, he was about a year old.
A month later, he was adopted. He had spent the what seemed to be a long month for most in an orphanage. He was adopted by an old man and his young wife. His new adoptive mother was around the age of twenty five, while the man was around thirty eight.
Years had passed, his adoptive father had taught Kino on how to become a true shinobi, how to protect the citizens of the village through various techniques known as ninjutsu, genjutsu and other sorts of offenses that shinobi use. He unfortunately went along and trained with his new adoptive father, he hadn't wanted to, he preferred staying inside and working on the new habit he developed, tinkering with weapons, blades, and more. He trained for a total of a year, before entering the shinobi academy. It hadn't taken him too long to pass.
He had become a genin, he trained with a team even if he hadn't liked them and was already able to use B ranked lightning based attacks. He had discovered his chakra element before entering the academy, on his own. He had simply done some research, and grabbed some chakra paper. It hadn't taken very long to learn of his element, however it had taken a few days for him to fully master it's use by using a few lightning techniques. He had made the lightning Body Flicker, based upon the body flicker he had learned about in the shinobi academy. He had used that, and lightning clone to fully master the lightning element, though he could never FULLY master it, it had become quite a useful tool for him to use in battle.
Months had passed, Kino had gotten lazier and lazier. Training had become boring, he needed something to do. His sensei had recommended that him and his team take the chuunin exams, Kino had jumped at the chance to do something. His team, didn't feel as ready but joined anyways. Three weeks later, after going through the tests, they passed. Each of them had passed, and then the team separated. Kino now was on his own, which he didn't mind. He actually preferred it like that.
