All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

this is what Misaki Kitsune looks like in her sage mode fox form, she is 6 foot in height and weighs 200 lbs, she is also 14 foot long when she transforms into the fox. Element: Lightning, WInd and fire Jutsu: When Misaki Kitsune is in this mode the only abilties she has is her nomal sage mode abilites and to be able to fire one of her three elements from her mouth into various sized balls from the foxes mouth the sizes depend on the speed and power of them. While in fox mode she can use her fox like claws to attack, mouth, tail and teeth and other body parts to attack with. None of the jutsu below require handseals Jutsu Name: Fox fire ball Rank: D-S Element: Fire Type: Ninjutsu (the only ninjutsu ability she can do in this fox mode) Description: The user who has this contract will be able to form from there mouth without handseals a fire ball from the mouth of the fox, the fire ball start from ball size at D rank and at S rank it is like biulding size a small block of flats but the larger the fire ball is the slower it becomes, because of the user been in fox sage mode her fire is blue coloured and it powerful than normal fire because of enhanced sage mode chakra. Jutsu Name: Fox wind blast Rank: D-S Element: Wind Type:Ninjutsu (the only ninjutsu ability she can do in this fox mode) Description: The user while there are in fox mode they can expel from there fox mouth power winds of different strengths, at D rank the wind is only 30 mph at S rank the winds can top 120 mph, these winds can propel projectiles and other weapons, because of her in sage mode the winds also have an adition power which can make the winds break building and material's depending on the wind strength used. Jutsu Name: Fox Lightning Beam Rank: D-S Element: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu (the only ninjutsu ability she can do in this fox mode) Description: The user while in fox mode can fire different lightning beams froim there fox like mouth at D rank the lightning beam is only small and does little damage while at S rank the beam is very powerful but requires a one post charge time to do it but at s rank the user will gather the lightning chakra to there mouth to form a ball at there mouth then on the post after they can release this power to sent a massive beam of energy going towards the uses enemying upon impact the beam can cause massive damage because of the users sage chakra fused with it also, the damge can be the form of destroying building's the user has full control of the beams and it can be fired in different directions but only in streight line only and no bending beams. These are the ONLY three jutsu that can be used in fox mode, the user cannot use fuuinjutsu, other ninjutsu, or other weapons while in fox mode, The user can use the claws of the fox as weapons, as well as the mouth and teeth, the tail if the user chooses to hit the enemy with it, to revert back to human mode the user can do the reverse summon of the contract, by lifting up the foxs paw and placing it on the user contracted arm as when in fox mode the contract marking remain on the fur of the fox.

Why not just come up with three jutsu that are "ball" techniques, like lighting ball, fire ball, wind ball, etc. Cause that seems to be a bit of a wide spread of the elements there. You could use the "vary size" to basically launch meteor sized fire balls and such at people. | |
