All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: Kasai is quite average on all accounts. He is of normal height, 5'10", and is of normal weight, 180 pounds. He is average looking, though his averageness sometimes appeals to women. His hair is kept cut short, and is black in color. His eyes are not normal in the least. They are a dark red and seem to flicker in the light like a fire. He is muscular but not overly so. His skin features no scars and is largely blemish free.
He normally wears a tight, black, sleeveless shirt over a long sleeve fishnet shirt. The shirt's collar goes all the way up to his jaw. Both shirts are flame retardant and can't be caught on fire. His pants are regular ninja pants, that are also flame retardant. He wears no ninja pouches and only one scroll in a pocket that can be closed to stop his napalm release from getting in. He wears closed shinobi sandals that are also flame retardant.
He has two summoning tattoos on either wrist that is used to summon shuriken. There are two more summon tattoos on his forearms that summon kunai.
Overall Persona: Kasai is a fun loving guy. Some would call him a drunkard and a philanderer, he calls it tomato tomato. He enjoys getting drunk and having sexual relations with women he find attractive, the actual attractiveness of the woman varies on how thick his sake goggles are. He also does not like paying for his tab at bars and often attempts to get other people to pay for it. He enjoys eating, and he is able to do to his fast metabolism.
When on mission Kasai keeps the same personality though he doesn't drink as much as normal. During missions he still keeps his womanizing ways and often tries to sleep with any woman he sees, including his own squad mates.
Kasai, despite his carefree attitude, is very protective of his family and friends, especially his younger sister.

History:
Birth/Academy: Kasai was born on a bright sunny day in the middle of summer. He was the child to his parents and the next leader of the clan. He spent much of his childhood training with his bloodline ability. He trained constantly with his mother, a chuunin, and his father, an ANBU. He continued to train like this until he turned five. Upon his fifth birthday, he was enrolled in the academy and he began his ninja career. Even though he was considered a genius, he was constantly bullied by the older, bigger, and stronger academy students. After telling his parents about the bullying, instead of confronting the bully, they began teaching him taijutsu techniques. He continued to get bullied for several months before he was able to best the bullies through taijutsu. At the age of six he had learned advanced tajutsu and ninjutsu techniques. Truly one of those genius' that come around once in several generations. He also graduated that same year.
Genin Arc: Soon after graduating from the academy, the six year old Kasai was put into a squad with mainly taijutsu users. The sensei put his skill in taijutsu and ninjutsu to great use, using him as their trump card if they got in over their head. Kasai did many missions with his squad until the chuunin exams came around a year later. It was during this time leading up to the chuunin exams that Kasai got two sets of tattoos. One set on his wrist for shuriken and one set on his forearms for shuriken. By the time of the Chuunin Exams, Kasai had become adept at using the summoning.
Chuunin Arc: Kasai got all the way to the Chuunin Exams final round before he was bested in combat by an Iwagakure shinobi. Though he was still promoted to Chuunin for his skill in combat. At the age of seven, Kasai was a full fledged Chuunin and began doing missions on his own and with other chuunin and jounin. It was during this time as a chuunin that Kasai learned his first medical jutsu. He learned Mystical Palm from a prestigious medical shinobi and eventually mastered it enough to be able to use it without being near his target. He spent two years as a chuunin before being made a special jounin by the hokage for his skill in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
Special Jounin Arc: Kasai spent his Special Jounin years as an assistant to the Hokage. He was sent out to do things that couldn't be trusted to anyone. A lot of these things were assassinations and kidnappings. It was during this time that a war broke out between Konoha and another shinobi village. Kasai was dispatched to the front lines with his original genin squad , including his sensei, to fight the enemy. After a month of combat his entire team was promoted to Jounin, except his sensei who was already a jounin. At the age ten Kasai was a jounin and quickly rose to fame as being an exceptional shinobi, able to use ninjutsu, taijutsu, and medical jutsu. He was also made a member of ANBU immediately.
ANBU: During his time as an ANBU, and during the remainder of the war, he spent a majority of his time assassinating people and sabotaging Konoha's enemies. He never liked being an ANBU and after a year he resigned from his ANBU position and began teaching students.
Jounin Arc: Kasai taught students until his was twenty five. He taught them everything he knew about being a shinobi and many of them became exceptional shinobi. He was a very strict teacher until his mother died in the field. He was very close to his mother and her death hit him hard. This is the reason he requested leave from the village until he was ready to assume his duties again. The Hokage reluctantly accepted and Kasai became a wandering nin.
Wandering Nin Arc: Kasai spent many years wandered the world and learning special jutsu. The most notable being mastering of Yin Healing Wound Destruction. He spent many years learning this special jutsu. He became known as the Napalm Sennin and as the Never Ending Sennin. He was officially known around the world as a legendary ninja. After learning of the old Hokage's death, he began making his way home, philandering and drinking all the way there. When he arrived he gave his support to the new Hokage and assumed the mantle as Sennin of Konoha.
Sennin Arc: He now wishes to teach a set of lucky students his ways, maybe even the philandering and alcoholic ones as well.

| Speed OR strength SC, not both
He normally wears a tight, black, sleeveless shirt over a long sleeve fishnet shirt. The shirt's collar goes all the way up to his jaw. Both shirts are flame retardant and can't be caught on fire. His pants are regular ninja pants, that are also flame retardant. He wears no ninja pouches and only one scroll in a pocket that can be closed to stop his napalm release from getting in. He wears closed shinobi sandals that are also flame retardant.
He has two summoning tattoos on either wrist that is used to summon shuriken. There are two more summon tattoos on his forearms that summon kunai.
add these, give info on both (clothes and tattoos)
Include strength of poison, how long before antidote is ineffective, etc etc. | |

| I didn't understand what you meant by adding all those in but i added them to the weapons list if that's what you meant. Made the antidote and poison B rank though i don't understand the how long until the antidote is ineffective. Also there is no rule against having both the strength and speed SC together. Proof 1. Made the antidote and poison B rank though i don't understand the how long until the antidote is ineffective.
Will the antidote ever fail to work? Like the antidote for Sasori's poison.
Also there is no rule against having both the strength and speed SC together. Proof 1. Proof 2.

| The antidote is only for poison he creates. It will only work for the poison he makes and then uses. Like if he accidentally ingest's some or is poisoned by his won weapon.
This SC crap is really disappointing. Need the rules more clear cut and ALL of them to be on there.
