All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Kaira's appearance starting from the top she has pink long hair that she likes to keep tied up most time and like to have it by the side of her tied up, her pink hair is very uncommon sight in kumogakure, as not many girls have that length and colour of hair, it is very smooth and healthy. Kaira's facial feature consist of a small cute nose, her eyes are blue in colour and are as blue as the ocean sea, her mouth is is cute also as she tends to smile most of the itme to whoever she speaks to. Going down from Kaira's face you have only to look at the rest of her body she has smoothly silkly skin, she wear a fully pink atire that matches with her pink hair most of it consits of pink leather of different shades, that is tight fitting on kaira's body, alot of her pink atire shows of kaira's lady part like her stomach, her right leg and her bust. Kaira stands at 6'0 and weighs 65 Kg is is quite taller than most woman but tends not to see it that way.
Overall Persona:Kaira was born into a family in the middle class. She was taught how to respect those who are older than her and to only fight when necessary. Kaira is not the type of person who starts arguments, but she is quite capable of ending one with just a few words. A flaw of hers would be that she jumps to conclusions. But most of the time, she normally keeps to herself and helps those who are in need. Kaira is very much like her mother in behavior, she is stubborn, independent and is very strong hearted and willed. Kaira will not allow anyone to walk over her or tell her what to do.
Kaira has another side to her that most have not seen from her. She has quite a vilolent personity but likes to keep it covered up at the best of times and does not express it often. When Kaira gets Violent her mood will take a sudden change and going from quiet kaira she will become much more scary and dark she hunt her target or prey the way she does best using her violent side and sexy ness to go with it. Kaira will often use her looks and other feature with her violent side to get what she wants or needs to aquire using this feature.
When Kaira is out in the public, she is observant and will make time to help those who are in need around her. She likes to spend time with the elderly as the stories that they come up with are always interesting. Kaira is afraid of growing old as she is quite self conscious; her appearance must always be at it's best. Kaira is the type of person who loves the attention, but she does not seek it. There is also a dark side to her as well, Kaira was brought up without friends except for her family. She is the only child and does become bitter when she is lonely, this is the reason why she loves the attention as she never got any when she was younger.

Enton is one of the advanced elemental nature transformation techniques used by the Ametsuchi clan, it allows the user to generate powerful flames by molding and controlling superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth to a much higher level than what is required to create fire release techniques, thus allowing for enhanced piercing and burning damage, faster movement, and widened range.
When the techniques physically contact anything (trees, lakes, homes, ground), it will burn that area and wont spread (depending on the jutsu). This will help limit the target's movements as well as the users, but due to the user's chakra being fused into the flames the flames can be used for more purposes (ex. Enton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Blaze Element Shadow Clone Technique)).
Due to the immense heat it will also burn object regular fire ninjutsu can't (ex. steel, boulders, stones). The flames are almost unquenchable. There are only two ways for these flames to vanish. Either it will vanish when the thing it was burning is completely incinerated leaving not even it's ashes or when doused with a suiton release one level below the enton release jutsu level. It can be combined with various bladed weapons giving them more destructive power and in addition to burning. Thus if the skin is cut the flames will start burning and try to consume what it is burning.
When the techniques are released from the body it is nearly as fast as raiton release ninjutsu thus giving the target less time to move out of the way. When blaze techniques are used the user's chakra glows around the outline of their body, this gives any opponents a clue about the upcoming technique.
Due to the advanced nature of this element it requires a lot of molding and control of super heat to cause the chakra to increase power of the flames high enough so it turns to pure black. Inexperienced users will not be able to create pure black flames every time diluting its color and making it less effective. The lighter the shade of black the weaker in comparison it becomes. It will also use vast amounts of chakra so constant usage will quickly drain the user's chakra pool.
It is incredibly strong against Wind release techniques and weak against Water. Any Blaze technique could easily counter an earth technique two ranks above it (ex. Enton C-rank > Doton A-rank). It will require two water technique to be able to put of the blaze element of that rank say the jutsu from blaze is S rank two A rank water technique would have to pu tit out always one level below the blaze level (ex.Suiton B-Rank*2 > Enton A-Rank) When Enton goes up against Katon equal or lower to its rank, the Enton jutsu can absorb the flames created by the Katon jutsu and grow in mass of black flame

Clan History: This clans history dates back almost 50 years at first it was just some lowly clan in Kumogakure but through the years it gained more popular as a main family/clan in kumo there gained more fame through the battle that took place until finally one day a member of there clan finally reached the title of raikage then thats where the clan finally got noticed as its clan leader became the villages raikage.
After the death of the current raikage the clan got first selection on its succeor which was the raikages daughter Kaira rose as she was selected to be the replacement raikage as the clan still got to be in the top spot iin the village.

If the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Performing a string of 24 hand seals, Kaira charges lightning nature chakra within her body. Building the amount of chakra up causes this to take the form of raw lightning chakra as she releases it. The lightning twists and arcs around her body until Kaira begins to flash with the electricity's sheer power. With the wave of both hands, the intensely charged lightning is fired as a massive beam at the target. It speeds forward in an extremely fast manner, although it is not as fast as a natural lightning strike, nor as powerful. The beam reaches a maximum circumference of 8 meters and can travel up to a maximum distance of 15 meters before dissipating. A harsh screech accompanies the beam. Great Thunder Flash will incinerate anything caught in the blast on a small, direct scale. This jutsu poses several risks to the user as well. These include the sheer amount of chakra required to utilize the jutsu and the harsh effects of the lightning being released from the body. This jutsu requires Kaira to use over half of her chakra. On top of this, the build up of lightning causes her skin to tingle, burn and damaging nerve endings with prolonged use. Depending on how long the jutsu was charged these burns might become permanent and death may be a result of releasing the technique should it be charged considerably. As such, it is labeled as a S-rank Kinjutsu. Though Kaira has only used this technique in a training situation, she suffered from it. The burns she suffered were easily healed with time and medical Ninjutsu

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster to danger and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed.
This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows the user to utilise nintaijutsu. When using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of his hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan, to keep up with the user. By combining this armour with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge Amaterasu and Cursed Seal Chakra Blast, both at point blank range. Only the Flying Thunder God Technique and Nine-Tails Chakra Mode are faster than the user is at maximum speed and power.
The armour also increases the user's defences, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as seen when deflected a back attack from Sasuke's Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana.
The extra part to this armour is when kaira's pink hair stands on its ends like her hair is spiked up she will be using the armour at full power getting the full benifits from it this is the SS rank bit more power and defence,

The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Signing this contract also allows the animal to reverse summon the human ninja to their location. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick and powerful. When Killer B uses this attack, he creates either a chakra cloak or chakra bones, both in the form of bull horns. He refers to this as his "Eighth" (八本目, Happonme) sword, next to his seven conventional katana. In Killer B's Version 2, the Lariat gains an increase in power due to the ox-skull he creates. He was able to pierce Samehada while simultaneously blowing away Kisame Hoshigaki's chest. When A uses it, he surrounds himself with his Lightning Release Armour, rather than tailed-beast chakra. Description: The Joumei hiken is a sword that is constructed out of pure titanium and chakra conducting metal to allow for one to channel their element through the blade more specifically the Blaze element. The sword when the Blaze element is channelled through it the flames will start to turn black as night giving the sword its name the Joumei Hiken or Imperial Dark Fire sword for its ability to generate the users flames into black flames and launch them in the form of crescent shaped moon arcs of black flames.
Appearance: The first sword is four feet in length with a five inch handle and three inch wide blade. The sword takes the shape of a regular katana with a pure snow white handle. Along the handle on each side are seven yellow topazes engraved into the handle. The four takes the shape of four panels with a flame like pattern amongst each panel. Birth Arc
Kaira was born in kumogakure and was part of the Daiyamondo clan which specialised in Blaze techniques. Her father was second in charge of the clan and her mother was a village offical that worked close to the raikage himself. Kaira lived in the village slums of kumogakure it was a dump and there was not much development her mother took some time off so that she could look after Kaira her father was always on village duty and could not be bother that much as he was a jounin in the village and was always on missions.
Academy arc
Kaira was now 5 years old and her mother and father decided that they would induct her into the academy the village authoties refused at first because she was a little young but her mother and father used there village importantness to get her into the academy she then started her life as a shinobi.
Genin Arc Kaira was now at the age of 8 and was promoted to genin from the academy and now was assigned to squad so that she was now able to particpate on missions. She was assigned to team 15 which had a jounin as the captain and 3 genin squad mates she did around 10 missions all successfully before an ugent request came from a small village in the lightning country for assistance as they were under attack by bandits so squad 15 and other teams were assigned by the raikage to help defend the village from attack this was kaira's firest real combat mission as was classifed as her first A rank mission. The team had arrived at the village and indeed it was under attack from bandits after some time most of the wave of bandits had been beaten but as the last of them was the captain of kaira's team got trapped and was ambushed and killed this forced her the the rest of her team to fall back, same as the rest of the kumogakure ninja as more bandit renforment's had arrived and the kumogakure shinobi were out numbered massvly as they retreated back to the village to regroup.
War of the lightning country arc.
After the kumogakure ninja retreated from the skirmish battle at the outskirt small village in the lightning country the Raikage had organised a massive campaign to be carried out to get rid of the bandits once and for all. Kaira's team needed a new captain but lucky for kaira her father was apointed to be part of the squad as the whole village was preparing for war againest the bandits. The bandits had sent a responce of there own saying that they also too were ready for war they had wanted to overthrow the village of kumogakure and reform the village of there own will the bandits were lead by a few missing nin ninja's that were wanted by the raikage and the troops that they had were mainly just normal bandit that they had managed to unite under one rebel army. Kumogakure prepared themselves well as all the village clan's met with the Raikage to discuss tactics etc. The Daiyamondo had also been invited for the first time the Daiyamondo clan leader and kaira's father attended the meeting and much to the surpize of the vllage the Daiyamondo clan was choosen to lead the attack on the rebel army first . All prepartion were set kaira was ready so was her father and the Daiyamondo clan as they marched from kumogakure to the location to where the bandits were headed. Many battles had taken place between kunogakure and the bandit rebel over many years and finally the last of the missing nin leaders had been defeated the war was now over and the village was left with the reconstuction of the conflict also the clan that were involved were given more rights in the village and the Daiyamondo was givena better prestige in the village after there involvement in the conflict a lot of the clan's shinobi were promoted and other benifits were given to them, Kaira herself was also promoted to chunin.
Chunin arc
Kaira was now aged 14 and now she was chunin she was still a member of team 15 but her father was no longer the captain was he was promoted after the war to sannin of kunogakure for his efforts during the conflict and was made the head of the Daiyamondo clan.
Team 15 was also appointed a new captain now that her father had been promoted and kaira spent the next couple of years doing missions for the village until after her father made a suggestion to the raikage to promote her to jounin after serveal years.
Jounin arc
Kaira was now 18 years old and now was ajounin in kumogakure she was also the captain of team 15 as the old one had retired, during kaira's time of been promoted to jounin the current raikage had retired through illness and a new one had been appointed it was now kaira's father and the Daiyamondo clan had finally achived it main aim of becoming the main clan of kumogakure because its head had achived the highest rank in the village and Kaira had been chosen by her father to be the seccesser to the clan after his death. Kaira then spent many years going on missions and doing stuff in the village.
Raikage arc
Kaira was now nearly 25 and had beena jounin for manny years but her father was very ill and he did not have much time left kaira at her father's bedside was chosen by her father to be the new raikage and take over from him she was suprosed at first as there were more suitable candidates in the village but at her fathers request she accepted the postion sortly after her father died and kaira was left to take over.

Description:This Jutsu has 3 Stages, the User creates a Beast created from pure lightning, Each person's Beast is different representing their Animal Aura, although some Aura's have been known to change(when they turn from good to evil or vice versa) These Lightning beasts are connected to the user by they lightning chakra. Their Size depends on How much Chakra the user uses(going to the size of Manda is possibly on a full tank of chakra but wont last long. The beast works the same way as susanoo and protects the user while it can attack att the same time. The beast is formed with the user of the tech in the middle as the beast forms around them same way susanoo does.
1st Stage - Skeleton structure: this Stage just creates the Skeleton of the Animal and it has the capability of blocking C-E rank techniques with out any problem or damage How ever it takes 3 B rank techniques to destroy it, 2 A-rank or 1 S rank jutsu to destroy it. The Lightning Beast can attack and venture a distance of 20 meters away from the user
2nd Stage- Tissue Structure: This stage covers the Skeleton Structure of the Animal with muscle tissue of a real animal Increasing its power, The defensive power of this stage is increased as it takes up to 5 B-rank jutsu to destroy or 4 A-rank Jutsu or 2 S-Rank Jutsu. The Beast can now travel to a further distance of 40 Meters away from the user and disallows the Beast to be absorbed by Lightning absorbing techniques or equipment as it is now also being powered not only by the users chakra but by their spiritual energy itself, This however creates a stinging pain on the users body.
3nd Stage - Final Completion Stage : The Lightning Beast is Now complete skin is now added as well as hair/fur The Eyes of the Animal Has the Image of the Arashi Raidengan and there it's body has Lightning like Tattoos on its fur and skin. The Beast Speed is doubled and the Defensive capabilities are Strengthened Allowing it to block B-D rank jutsu with out any problems it takes 6 A-rank or 4 S-Rank jutsu to destroy, The beast can now travel up to 80 meters away from the user and now has Access to the "Raiju Bomb Technique"
Each Stage takes 1 post so 3 posts in total, it is possible to go to the final stage in One Post however this will take ALOT more chakra than if you went by stages. For this jutsu to remain active one must keep their hands clasped in a Tiger seal in the first 2 stages until it reaches its final complete stage if the Beast returns back a lower stage the hands of the user must create the tiger seal again, whenever the user begins to run low on chakra the Beast automatically reverts back 1 stage. The lightning beast has an effect on the user's body drastically wearing them down damaging them making it painful to move.
Raijū : Bomb -Description: When the Raijū Has reached at It's Last Stage it unlocks the potential of the Raijū Bomb a dense sphere of compact energized Lightning created from the Beasts very being the blast is so powerful it rips away from the beast making it drop 1 stage back to the tissue structure stage. When Fully charged the Bomb has the capability of a tailed beast bomb at 1/3 of its power.
I only see a few things wrong, first this jutsu is far to much like susanoo.
