All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Name: Nige no Mai [Dance of Evasion] Rank: C Element/'s: None Range: Self Type: Taijutsu Sub Type: Defensive, Offensive, Supplementary Hand seals: N/A Description: The user focuses chakra throughout their entire body, similar to Shunshin no Jutsu but more controlled. Combined with natural agility, this allows the user to "dance" away from incoming attacks. It is by no means perfect, yet dodging becomes much easier, and what might normally be a killing blow might become a scratch with someone who has perfected the dance. This allows the user to become 10% faster for 3 posts. 5 post cooldown. Name: Sokudo Zanzou - Sonic Speed Afterimage Rank: B Element/'s: N/A Range: Self Type: Taijutsu Sub Type: Supplementary Hand seals: None Description: A technique created in placement of the Bunshin no Jutsu, by applying the chakra in one's feet directly to pattern movement in one direction however at the last second switching it's path of movement, a Shinobi is able to literally escape their own line of motion causing a strongly visible afterimage of them to appear in all motions that were originally set. Because the motions of chakra are set in one motion of direction all actions the afterimage would take would need to have been performed by the Shinobi which is masked by their strong release of chakra. Upon switching their chakra patterns and leaving the after image, the image is able to go as far as even looking like it would attack an opponent however vanish in less than a minute revealing the false fighter. Name: Henka no kaze ~ Winds of Change Rank: B Element: Wind Range: Self Type: Weaponry Sub Type: Offensive Weapon/'s used: Katana or Kunai/Shuriken Description: This jutsu allows the user to coat their weapon of choice with wind chakra. This allows the blade to cut through the air with much more ease then before. When used with a katana it allows the blade to swing 20% faster and when used with a shuriken/kunai, it allows them to cut through the air with 20% more speed. The jutsu was developed upon the concept of causing ones weapons to gain as much speed as they could for a small amount of chakra. This may only effect the weapons that a user specializes in. If the technique is being used on a katana, then it will last for 3 posts before the user must use the jutu's chakra cost once more. If one loses contact with the blade then they expend the jutus chakra cost as the connection will be severed. If one uses the ability on a kunai or shuriken then the ability will last for 3 turns or when it is released or thrown. Name: Wait… What? Rank: C Range: Eyesight Type: Offensive, Supplementary, Defensive Hand seals: Ram Targeted sense/'es: Eyes, Ears, Touch Description: Upon the user looking at the eyes of his victim, the victim will be placed into the genjutsu. The genjutsu causes the afflicted to believe they are performing whatever their post states they are doing when in reality, they are standing still. This jutsu lasts for a single post. Name: Misinformation Rank: A Range: 30m Type: Supplementary, Offensive, Defensive Hand seals: Horse, Dragon Targeted sense/'es: sight,touch,hearing Description: Upon hearing a chakra enhanced whistle from Yushrio the victim/s are put within the genjutsu. This Genjutsu creates a false reality in which Yushiro and his allies can use what ever sort of jutsu that they want though it won't really be them. The victim/s would be fighting a fake enemy and expending their chakra in an imaginary fight. Outside of the illusion they would be using normal jutsu but it would most likely not be towards the user of the illusion. Attacks from the illusion cause pain and what looks like an injury though in the real world they would not be injured.
