All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Doragonhato Name: Doragonhato Location: Sukaigakure Type: Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu Bloodline: (Doragon supiritto~Dragon Spirit) Members of the supposed Doragonhāto have the distinct ability to transform any part of their body into that of a dragons, with all the benefits as well. Benefits being if you were to change your arm their strength would increase 20%, or your eyes perception and visual Prowess 20% and so on and so forth, changing forms costs 5 chakra per change. Other forms that can be shifted are as follows, Nose and Tongue - Scent and Taste, Tail - no special abilities, Ears - Sound. Gaining mastery over the clans KKG ( S - Rank and SS Rank) gives the user full mastery over the abilities, allowing him/her to use all the abilities at once (10 Chakra) or seperatly without changing the form or appearance. The clan also has a sort of dragon spirit within them that helps guide them, they can speak to the spirit at will and it does not cost any chakra. However there is a down side, your brain will register attacks to be stronger then what they are causing more damage to yourself. these transformation last for 6 posts, This jutsu can only be used once per topic.

Description: the jutsu is designed as a desperation technique for the Clan of the Doragonhāto. The user releases a large amount of chakra (100) in which makes them have a full transformation into a dragon, with control still maintained over their body and mind. In this form the scales are up to titanium in strength, your speed has increased to a maximum of 50 mph. This form also gives you an increases in a multitude of things, your strength now enough power to knock over the statue of liberty in 2 hits at the minimum, using fire breath cost no chakra and is B rank in strength. Fuuton attacks (swinging your wings and creating gusts of winds) are B-rank in strength and are able to topple a 200 ft building in a mere 2 swings or one strong blow of your breath. However with all these attributes increased there is drawbacks, With lightning being the only know weakness all lightning attacks have a rank boost of power against the user. Afterwards there body begins to deteriorate from the inside the longer the jutsu is active the more the body is destroyed, only can stay active for 3 posts max 15 day cool down and once per topic. weather or not you use it for the 3 posts or less, exhaustion shall set in, and you will be very limited for atleast 5 posts. Losing 65% of all stats and 80% of all senses. The jutsu has to be manually dispelled if it is kept on for longer then the specified amount the body shall begin to shut down in certain sections. 1 Post more = Half of users body shutting down. 2 post more = complete body shut down it will require an IC situation to get you healed. Someone can get you to the hospital within 3 days posting (if you cannot make it then you die), Then you must have a 2000 word recovery.

Wind Gust is one of the abilities that comes with the form, With the power full wings now formed upon the user's back fuuton chakra can be built up around the wings and by simply flicking or flapping their wings forward they can send a wave of air rushing at their target. The winds power is strong enough to place 3 inch gashes in whatever it hits except that of metal in up, items such as those it can only cause 1 inch (B Rank). Not only can the fuuton chakra be manipulated through the wings but through the mouth as well. Using the mouth has greater effects as the user can build up air within their chest and mouth then release it all in a stream. The Stream's strength is able to cut through the skin into the muscle tissue (A Rank) only once of the variations can be chosen you cannot use both. Wing Variation is an crescent shaped form 3' in width and 6' in height while the Mouth Variation are sharp shards, Once per topic usage.
Clan History: The Clan that is the Doragonhāto has been around sense that of the creation of the very earth we humans walk on today. The first Doragonhāto ever to walk this earth is that of the Earth Doragonhāto she herself created the land and would be the guardian of the land. With the birth of her children she would pass on her legacy to the next generation. Back then the Doragonhāto clan was widely known throughout the world and was a thriving clan indeed. The clan was headed by three Representatives who would lead the clan and make group decisions for everyone. This process worked for years that is until the newest Reps ensued into intense indecision between each other. As they argued day in and out and not reaching an agreement on anything the clan began to fear that they would began fall apart. Their ideas didn't fall far from the tree the 3 Reps finally reached their climax and began ensue into battle, separating the clan into their own little militias. The clan, now engaged an in internal struggle over power began losing members quickly. For months the battles raged throughout the lands until finally it was time to take control of the situation. Tana Doragonhāto would be the one to stand up to the might of the Reps as she over powered them all and forced them to listen. She explained what this petty fight was doing to the clan, she continued on to say that there would no longer be Representatives for the clan, no there would be only one person to lead the entire clan as a whole and she would be the first to accept that role. As the battles subsided and soon became nothing but distant memories that now road along the winds of change. Years passed and soon Tana was married and bore a child, his name Tizen Doragonhāto the first heir to the throne. As Tana soon enough passed on to the next world, Tizen inherited the clan as he was supposed to and now leads the clan through the new age of the shinobi, what new secrets are held in store for the young Doragonhāto and his family only time will tell..........

Lower your speed drastically and remember you arent allowed flight. Make your speed something like 30 or 50 for this S rank tech and remember thats just moving speed not reflex. I get the concept of this form granting you super strength as a dragon. Make sure it notes that you can only use this form once per topic and the disadvantages must remain throughout the topic after use. | |
