This takes roughly a post to be possible and the user won't be able to cast the next part of this technique until their next post.

WARNING: When this Self-Genjutsu is used it causes the individual to go slightly mad, in other words they will not react to severe damage, which could place their lives in danger.

Description: The Ninja can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. The ninja can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about the bombards the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world would appear to be moving in slow motion compared to him. If the mirror ninja is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so the ninja's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are imbued with enough chakra to resist fire almost completely.

This is not a summon, and the chakra holding it together will release of the user can not maintain the last hand sign, which is the one for tiger, the concentration required to use this technique is such that the user cannot move or the form of ice will disperse, almost as if it is melting.

Description: Using only a single hand to form and hold a hand seal, the user creates the needles, The user will kick water into the air, and use their kekkei kenkai combined with small spurts of chakra to make needles fly at the opponent from the water that is now air born, the amount of needles created is based on rank. These needles then come raining down on the target, and are individually aimed but cannot be controlled after sent. The amount for each rank is, five at E rank, twenty at D rank, one-hundred at C rank, two hundred fifty at B rank, five hundred at A rank and finally one thousand at S rank, although the user can decided to stop this jutsu at any time, the time in which it takes to form the needles is almost instant between each needle, giving the effect that this jutsu will create many at once, which in turn will shower the target very effectively.
Clan History:
The Touketsu, "The Frozen". The very name that binds these shinobi stems from their focused, calculating demeanor in battle and the chilling ice waters where their skills are honed. Dating back before the rise of the Hyozangakure itself, they enjoyed being the central power in the Land of Ice with many of their organization earning the most elite positions in the worlds military forces. However as time progressed less and less children were born. Perhaps it was their curse of seeming ghostly, as many looked like twenty and were actually eighty. Some said it was their blood becoming intoxicated with the world, as a Touketsu born is cursed to freeze their body, in other words every liquid in their body is like a frozen river, causing their skin to go slightly pale, skin tough yet soothing and age mostly unknown. This was the main reason of their military down fall. So of course, it was no surprise that the result of their replacement as the favored sons and daughters of the Land of Ice was imminent. Nonetheless the Touketsu clan still holds the name as best “Hunting-Nin”.
The devotion these individuals have displayed for their nation and the value they place on intelligence and subtlety reaches near inhuman levels. Casual hearsay mentions handfuls of these ninja still out on missions that were given before their downfall. These now ancient soldiers from a bygone era are, in a sense, the living history of Land of Ice whom are revered as paragons of the Touketsu ideals.
Now only to two lines exist within the Touketsu, one is a direct bloodline of few sick, and feeble members, those who some times do not even survive past the age of ten, and the indirect branch family which is created out of outsiders. In other words no true bloodline links all of their members together, no shared family name, no exact kekkai genkai to call their own. It is for that very reason the Touketsu have more in common with a guild than a clan. A once frequently told bedtime story, used as a means to frighten children into behaving, tells of these frozen shinobi spiriting away naughty boys and girls in the dead of night to use as fresh training subjects and in the worst cases as training dummies. In actuality future Touketsu are composed of a blend of pure bloods and clanless families, and of course, the frequently made orphans who are taken in off the streets.
There are three known stipulations for becoming a Touketsu, the first is being born into the clan by an actual blood member. This means no ritual is required to make the child officially a Touketsu. One who is born from the clan can either be mixed with a branch family member, or a pure breed. On rare occasions pure bloods will mate with none branch members, but usually the child will die at birth. The second way of becoming a Touketsu is not belonging to a clan. Be it small or large, none with the bloodline of others shall be allowed entry amongst their ranks. This decree serves several purposes as both a means to protect their own techniques from spreading as well as acting as a preventive measure to avoiding political feuds with other clans over obtaining their bloodline secrets. It is also been speculated this has been kept in place to keep those of the Hyozangakure clans (and others at that) from 'infesting' their proud ranks and using the organization for their own motives.
The third requirement is a rigorous mental and physical conditioning regiment that all members must endure for several years before indoctrination into their exclusive echelon. In addition to the severe discipline and drilling each day, they also receive a strict diet supplemented by herbal, chemical, and chakra concoctions created to improve muscle memory capabilities and reflexes while enhancing cognitive functions through 'rewiring'. It is important that this begins before puberty as all drug induced beneficial alterations to the initiates become permanent as they reach adolescence. Completion of this crucible and learning to harness their natural elemental affinity are required before enrollment into the village academy is permitted by the most senior members. However it is not unheard of for a trainee to enter the academy simply for the graduation exam.
Touketsu tend to be excellent in several fields rather than having complete mastery over one in particular, a result of the importance placed on each of the ninja arts and how severely neglecting any of the three will ultimately lead to defeat. Due to this 'programing' the typical Touketsu is quite versatility, using everything from traditional weaponry (though they generally tend to favor thick slashing blades) to a wide variety of jutsus that seem to have no real bias towards element nor type. Albeit unable to copy jutsu instantaneously like the Uchiha, the Touketsu are cunningly resourceful and often pick up on many techniques during their long missions or fights against enemy armies much to the horror of those on the receiving end.

1. Having at least one parent as a pure bloodline member.
2. If you were born 1/3 Touketsu, or have two parents from the Branch family your Clan Leader (Default in your story) will convert you into a Branch family member 6 months after your birth with the Blood Clot Manipulation.
3. If you were adopted into the Touketsu family, you must have been no older then 10 to be adopted, as the Blood Clot Manipulation does not work for individuals who have not gone through vigorous training before hitting puberty.

Description: Blood Clut Manipulation is the hidden Touketsu technique which allows none bloodline members to join the Touketus Clan. This jutsu is specifically meant for the use of children under the age of ten. The technique itself is something never taught, unless they are head of the family.
What the technique does: The technique itself converts any none Touketsu into a honorary member. The Jutsu allows any who have been baptized with Blood Clot Manipulation to use the Touketsu Blood line jutsus.
Important Notes about this technique:
Members who are either half blooded, or full-blooded Touketsus do not have to go through this technique. Nonetheless 1/3 Touketsu bloodline members must take the technique upon their body. This also includes any adopted children or children of two Branch Family Touketsus.
Being converted into a Touketsu, does not make you a Pure Blood.Physical Characteristics:
An important thing to note about the Touketsu clan is that every Touketsu bloodline member is born with silver, white or blue hair. Adopted members can have any kind of hair color; nonetheless if they marry a bloodline member, the possibility of the child having the characterized Touketsu hair is very possible.
Another interesting physical characteristic of the Touketsu clan is their extreme pale and white skin. This is due to the blood clots of ice within their entire body, which allows them not to age as fast as other people within the world.
Special Abilities/Drawbacks:
1. Do not age as fast as others.
2. If one were born as a full blood member, they could hit the bucket any moment.
3. Adopted, or half bloods have the possibility of living longer, without suffering the danger of dying any moment.
4. The Touketsu Clan has been known for their capacity to use one hand for a jutsu, instead of the usual two. This is because their concentration is so superb that they only need to do limited amounts of motion to create the desired jutsu.
