All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen. They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment. However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building. Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Elemental Jutsus

  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Oxyhydro Conversion Technique
    Rank: B
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: After spending a large amount of time utilizing water techniques, the Water Shinobi begins to understand the true composition of water. They use this to such an effect that they can create water out of nothing. This is automatic when casting a water jutsu and there is no water source. Be honorable when creating techniques. A small bottle of Water does not have enough substance to create a clone.
    Drawback: It is easy to exceed your chakra level when creating large amounts of chakra- the amount of water needed will automatically be created when you cast a water jutsu when you are not around a water source. Therefore, if you cast a technique and you do not have enough chakra to cast both the technique and create the amount of water necessary, user is incapable of making the technique work.

  • Jutsu Name: Suichuu (Underwater)
    Rank: D
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles.
    Drawback: After returning to surface the user must rest half of the time used underwater.
    Duration: 6
    Cool down: 3


  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Chiisaimizubakahatsu (Tiny Water Explosion)
    Rank: D
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: The user performs the handseals described in special. There, they release chakra into the water and send a small tidal wave (about five feet tall) towards the opponent. The water moves at a speed of about ten miles per hour, so a direct hit from the water can be painful, but not life-threatening.
    Drawback: N/A
    Duration: Instant
    Cool down: 3


  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Mizutsume no Jutsu (Water Style: Water Claw Technique)
    Rank: C
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: Creates a claw around the users hand which is pressurized and will allow te user to cut with their "bare" hands. Acts as if it were metal, as the water is both highly pressurized and infused with chakra. Lasts two posts, cannot form handseals whith the claw "on".
    Drawback: N/A
    Duration: 2
    Cool down: 3


    • Jutsu Name: Suiton:Sokkenai Kobushi (Battering Ram)
      Rank: C, C
      Element: Water
      Type: Ninjutsu
      Description: Creates a Cylinder around the users forearm starting at the elbow extending out wards two feet past the hand which is pressurized and will allow the user to do blunt damage with their arm. The cylinder is one foot in diameter. Acts as if it were metal, as the water is both highly pressurized and infused with chakra. This Jutsu is often used for breaking down doors and occasionally for defending against attacks as the cylinder can be used as a type of shield. Lasts three posts, cannot form handseals with the Jutsu active. The jutsu can be ended at any time by the user. At the first C Rank of training the length of the ram is one foot, Two for a second C rank of training. The First C rank Form of this Jutsu Can Shield A single D rank Amount of Damage, The second C rank Shields Two D rank Amounts
      Drawback: Need a water source, can't perform hand seals with the jutsu in use. Kind of bulky and may make some movements difficult. Both Ranks Use up a D rank amount of chakra per turn. Must know Mizutsume no Jutsu.
      Duration: 4 (C1), 5 (C2)

  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Dekishi (Water Style: Death by Drowning)
    Rank: D
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: Creates a single stream of water, around two inches thick, which moves forward at a slow rate, attempting to feed itself into the opponent's mouth, where it will fill their lungs in an attempt to drown the opponent. The attack is easily dodge or destroyed.
    Drawback: Moves extremely slow, must have a water source.
    Duration: 3, 2 to kill after attachment is success.
    Cool down: 8


  • Jutsu Name: Pressure Jet
    Rank: D
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: A simple jutsu utilizing the water release. User performs the hand seals Snake, Dragon then transfers charka to their throat, creating a steady stream of pressured water from their mouths, that then hits the opponent for D rank damage. The jet stream has a maximum range of 10 meters and travels in a straight line. Speed is equivalent to throwing a kunai.
    Drawback: Easier to dodge at longer distances.
    Duration: Instant
    Cool down: 3


  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Tottei No Jutsu (Water Release: Art of the Breakwater)
    Rank: D, C, B, A, S
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: The user performs this technique right after they perform the handseals for it, the user will whip their hands up into the air and have them meet near the level of their head, creating a sort of "v" or wedge shape in the air. Once this is done, water will rise up from below the user to create this same shape. This is done just as a long or medium range technique is flying towards the user, this technique will cut the technique in half so that the two sides fall harmlessly on either side of the user. This technique works in steps, if the user wishes to cut a "D" level water technique, the user must know the "D" rank version if this technique, and so on.
    Drawback: User must know the same level of this technique as the technique they wish to affect. For the user to block a Fire and Lightning techniques, the user must know this technique one rank above the technique they wish to block.
    Duration: Instant
    Cool down: 3


  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Senpabanpa No Jutsu (Water Release: Art of the Onrushing Waves)
    Rank: D, C, B, A, S
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: The user performs handseals and creates eight waves on either side of their target. The user has the waves crash into the target by whipping each hand in the direction they want the waves to travel, the left arm controls the left-hand waves and the right arm controls the right-hand waves. At "D" Rank the waves are four feet high. At "C" Rank the waves are ten feet high. At "B" Rank the waves are fourteen feet high. At "A" Rank the waves are eighteen feet high. At "S" Rank the waves are twenty two feet high.
    Drawback: Use must have a water source readily available; the user cannot be performing any other technique while this is active.
    Duration: 5
    Cool down: 6


  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Shougekiha No Jutsu (Water Release: Art of the Shock Wave)
    Rank: D, C
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: The user performs handseals and gathers chakra, the user releases chakra into a body of water, once that is done the user has three posts to command a wave to hit the target before the chakra fades away. This wave can come from any direction and any place from within fifteen meters of the user at "D" Rank, the wave can come from any place within twenty meters away at "C" Rank. At "D" Rank the wave is eight feet high. At "C" Rank, the wave is sixteen feet high.
    Drawback: After three posts, the chakra fades away and the technique is wasted.
    Duration: 3
    Cool down: 3


  • Jutsu Name: Suiton: Yuugyo No Jutsu (Water Release: Art of the Fish Swimming About in Water)
    Rank: D, C, B, A, S
    Element: Water
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Description: The user, when standing very near or upon a body of water, gains the ability to create a small number of fish below them. The user must form handseals and send his or her chakra into the water to form the fish, once that is done the user has control of the fish for no more than three posts before they dissipate back into regular water. The user, once the fish have been created, is able to control the fish and cause them to swim toward a target and leap from the water. At "D" Rank the user can create up to three fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as an Exploding Tag. At "C" Rank the user can create up to six fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as an Exploding Tag. At "B" Rank the user can create up to ten fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as two Exploding Tags. At "A" Rank the user can create up to fifteen fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as two Exploding Tags. At "S" Rank the user can create up to twenty fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as three Exploding Tags.
    Drawback: Must stand near or upon water.
    Duration: Until fish are detonated
    Cool down: 3 (+1 for every rank learned)
