All have been laid to rest, all expect memories. Throughout the years, shinobi - men and women - have learned how to preserve the memories of thousand of great shinobi that have lived, and then have passed. Though, they never managed to gain the memories of Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura, and Uchiha Sasuke. These three ninjas are wildly known as the Three Heroes of the world. They are the mirror images of their legendary Sannin teachers, and touched everyone's life in some sort of way. Their memory though has been scattered across the world, and the pieces of their chakra find themselves locked away in certain men and women, wildly known as the Kages of today. They are the shadows and guardians of today's new era, and they seem to wait for something to happen.
They await for Madara Uchiha to return, the Fourth Shinobi War had been created by none ever than Obito Uchiha, Kakashi's old friend whom he thought had died. In this war, numerous men and women died trying to protect all that they thought was right and true, in the end - Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke had perished by giving up their lives to kill Madara and Obito Uchiha. Their chakra awoken a sleeping God, whom took the combined power of the ten bijuu, kurama and the eight tailed bijuu's life source and basically recreated life anew. These memories however, are gone, and cannot be recreated or found in any memory book, or even in text. This story is being told through the combined chakra fragments of the Legendary Heroes that each Kage takes upon their death and inserts into a crystal fragment.
However, life as everyone now knows, is finally changing. Kazengakure and Hyozangakure had finally came to an agreement of forming a grand alliance between their villages, rumored that they were related by distant cousins, this alliance would be greater than any had ever seen. The day of the treaty being signed, and thus the festival on the island of Heiwa, a new danger had awaken that day. The Sage of Six Paths was unable to keep a dark entity in slumber from the grave and beyond; a new five tailed bijuu - the Hydra - had awoken. In a fit of rage and unknown, the Hydra destroyed half of the festival grounds, killing more than five thousand civilians and shinobi alike. The Bijuu set it's eyes on the building where the witnessing six kages were located, and destroyed the entire building.
Three months had passed, and Sannins of each village filled the spots of the Kages, as many hoped that one day there would be news that someone had survived the attack. Only the Hyozangakure's kage had returned, apparently unaware of what happened. Because of this, many of the villages have returned hostile towards each other, many blaming Hyozengakure for the attack that killed each of the Kage's. Slowly, men and women of each village are elected to fill the Kage spots of each of the village, alliances are being forged and mended. But can anyone form a great alliance to take down Hydria, and once again, scatter all of the tailed beasts across the world?

Overall Appearance: With stark white hair that is worn in spikes one would first assume that Royce was old, however it is not age bleached. Rather it is youthful like freshly fallen snow, it cascades down his head like a roaring avalanche. Often it is messy, with thick strands ticking this way and that like he has horrid bed head. The hair is longer in the back then the front, but most do not notice as all the hair seems long.
Royce wears a metallic eye patch that hides his doujutsu, barring anyone who has not seen it before to not register him as one of the clan. The Ko-Seido has soft facial features, a short nose, thin lips and pointed jaw. He has light blue eyes that remind one of a winter morning, and has dark black marks under his eyes.
Wearing a thin white undershirt that blends into his pale skin, Royce stands at five feet nine inches. He weighs a total of one hundred and fifty pounds, not including the leather armor on his arms. The leather is a dull black with red lines along the knuckles down to the fingers. They have a red design at the top as well, and the knuckles have metal covering. The right arm is almost completely filled with metal plates, spacing of one inch are in between the metal. Naturally these plates are not on the joints. On his fingers are a bunch of rings, this combined with the metal on his knuckles protects the hands well.
Royce wears many necklaces that are usually tucked into his thin undershit, and wears a pair of black pants with a giant leather belt which while doesn't hold up his pants(they dont need to be), they are a good fashion statement.
Overall Persona:Perfection, this is the thing everyone and thing should strive for. Royce is no different, he will take even the smallest thing and try to make it perfect. He trains so that each move is flawless, and every weave of his body is controlled down to the slightest milimeter. Every part of the man's life must be perfect, and each mission completed must be flawless. Royce has been known to adjust pictures for hours upon end, due to them 'Not being just right'. As such most think he is constantly abusing drugs even though it is simply due to the odd man's personality. (More dimensions, and fleshing out to be done in RP)

Description: The technique begins by the user forming a unique one handed seal, and then sinking their canine teeth into the neck of the victim. This will leave a mark on the victim where they were bitten. Once marked, the cursed can train to tap into the powers of the seal, able to gain power from it. Of course it is a curse, and at any time the giver can decide to kill the curse seal which would kill the ninja or leave him/her unable to use chakra for the rest of their lives.
Inactivated: The seal passively aligns the user's chakra network, as well as regulates the user's muscle usage. If the main specialty of the bitten is chakra based, they gain good chakra control, along with a 5% increase in chakra pool. If the spec is physical, they gain a 5% boost int strength and speed. The effected also appear to be slightly sleep deprived.
Stage 1: The first stage of the seal can be activated once given permission from the Curse Lord. This causes the user's skin to become slightly more tan, as well as give a boost to the user's main spec, giving the techniques used 10% more speed and force. As an example, puppetry users will be able to move their puppet using the strings 10% faster and with that much force. This form can only be used for 3 posts before leaving the user fatigued. While they are fatigued, they lose all passive boosts.
Stage 2: The second stage can only be achieved by killing two ninjas after receiving the curse seal. The second stage causes the skin of the user to become a deep tanned color, and tints their hair slightly lighter than usual. At this point, the user looks very muscular, and the energy of the cursed seal causes small rocks and other materials to lift up into the air out of sheer power. This triples the passive boost, giving 30% boosts to the main spec, and also gives a 10% boost to all other stats, such as strength and speed. When this form is activated, the user gains 10% of their maximum chakra, and this form can only be active for 4 posts.
Stage 3: The third stage can only be achieved by killing four ninja. The stage 3 transformation makes the user's skin a dark red color, and makes their hair appear as a turquoise color. The energy emanating from the user causes the ground around them to start breaking, the pieces lifting up into the air from the flowing energy. Hair is standing straight up as well as the body looking extremely toned and muscular. The stage 3 transformation gives a 50% boost to the main specialty, as well as a 20% boost to all other stats, such as speed and strength. It also gives the user access to a free sunshin that requires no hand signs, once during the transformation. This stage lasts for 2 posts.
Stage 4: The fourth stage can only be achieved by the person who originally marked the user with the cursed seal. The person who made the cursed seal simply has to place their hand on the cursed seal, and take off the secret limiter that they placed. This will remove all other transformations, making stage 4 the only available transformation.
- Looks:
This will change the appearance of the user to the perfect specimen of a human, being toned and muscular. The body is a reddish brown color, completely changing the skin color. The eyes become more pointed at the edges, as well as turning a blood red color, small, and beady. The hair is now a glowing turquoise color that shines no matter where the user is, and can even light up dark areas. The boosts that this gives can be considered sub par compared to stage 3, but can last indefinitely. This gives the user boosts of 30% to all stats, along with their main specialty. Their sub specialty gets boosted 15%. This form, while granting great boosts, also makes the user take 30% more damage from all sources.
By witnessing something very traumatizing or emotional, such as a loved one fall, the user can gain access to an unleashed form, after stage 4. This unleashed form removes all debuffs caused by outside sources, and grants a 80% boost to everything, including specialties, for 2 posts. This also grants 50% damage reduction, as well as reducing effects that stun or debuff the user by 75% for the 2 posts. This drains the user of 30% of the user's maximum chakra when the technique fades, and can only be used while the user is at 50% chakra or less, making it very very dangerous.

The amount of insects one is able to produce and manipulate is relatively the size of a human. C-Ranked Aburame can control kakaichu within close range, B-Ranked at Mid range, and finally A/S-Ranked can manipulate their bugs at any length. When their bugs come in contact with a target, they are able to consume their chakra and cause physical harm from their bites. For each attack from this technique, the target loses 5CP.

| Ok well id like a better description on how the sealing works obviously sealing a person or a bijuu is'nt like sealing a a large weapon so if you could describe how the seal is formed etc and how it seals a bijuu and human etc then i think were finished | |
