| Jutsu Name: Water Release: Great Ocean Vacuum Rank: S Element: Water Type: Supplementary, Offensive Description: Nissu is able to successfully suck in a large amount of water, from either a ocean, river, lake, and completely dry it up. He stores the water within himself, which is the 1st part to complete his second jutsu. Jutsu Name: Water Release: Density Bomb Rank: S Element: Water Type: Offensive Description: This is the real jutsu that Nissu uses, from the water he gains from Great Ocean Vacuum, he releases it into a orb in his hand that compresses together, and gets tighter and tighter together. This creates a small-mid size blue orb in Nissu's hand. He then slams his hand into the ground with the orb, as the orb enters the ground and then releases all of the water out of the ground. Creating a massive attack that depends on the amount of water Nissu has stored. This attack is able to shoot out from the ground, cracking and destroying much of the earth and using the water and crushed rock to attack the enemy or army if the water amount is big enough. Visual: Water is forced out of the ground, destroying the ground and rising a massive strong force of water outwards and everywhere. Non-Elemental

This essentially means you can absorb any water to restore your chakra.....no go
second one is fine

| Hmmm i dunno it seems like tsunades yin seal but in water form allowing you more chakra even with a bijuu i would say no unless it can only be used in conjunction with the second jutsu |

| I think I'm not explaing this well..I won't be getting any chakra from the water at all, the water just is stored inside of me..I guess and it really only going to be used to perform the second one. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Tamekaze Namonai

| Hold on did I not approve of you being chuunin, in other words to use an S-rank jutsu at chuunin level would mean death, we will have no prodigies on this site, I appologise but this will be on hold till you meet the right rank for said ability.
